Our breakfast and lesson for children will be held at 9:30AM in Fellowship Hall.

Worship and Wonder will meet at 10:45AM, and the story will be Jesus and the children.

The Men’s Group will meet on Leap Day – Saturday February 29 – at 8:30AM at the church to begin a series on “7 Challenges Men Encounter”

Looking Ahead

Lent: “Do You Believe in Miracles?

Our Lenten Theme will be “Do You Believe in Miracles?” which will be based on the miracles of Jesus in the Gospel of John plus insights from the video series “Grave Robber.” Two short term small groups around that theme will be held – one on Wednesdays at 7PM and one on Sundays at 9:30AM. The Wednesday group will begin on March 4 and the Sunday group will begin on March 15.

Our Weekly Themes in Lent:

March 8 – Do You Believe that the Ordinary Can Become Extraordinary? John 2:1-10

March 15 – Do You Believe that the Sick Can Be Healed? John 4:46-54

March 22 – Do You Believe that Your Problems Can Be Overcome? John 5:1-9

March 29 – Do You Believe that God Can Do a Lot with a Little? John 6:1-13

April 5 – Palm Sunday, Do You Believe that You Can Overcome Your Fears? John 6:16-21?

Special Meetings

Our Board will have its quarterly meeting on Tuesday March 3. This meeting is open to everyone and will contain exciting news about the future of New Horizons Christian Church.

A Congregational Conversation will be held on Sunday March 8 at 9:30AM in Fellowship Hall to discuss the news from the Board meeting. We encourage all adult Sunday School classes to be part of this discussion as well as anyone else who can attend.
