MASK UPDATE…
According to the new recommendations by the CDC and the Summit County Health Department, New Horizons is now requiring that masks must be worn while you are inside the church building.
The Re-opening Team has been watching the rise in Covid cases and has discussed the importance of following the CDC, and Summit County Health Department’s guidelines at our church. We want to make sure we are doing our part to protect one another.
Please wear your masks while inside the building. If you do not have a mask or forget yours, masks will be available.
Sunday Worship Information:
This Sunday, August 8th, we are picking up our “Powerful and Puzzling Parables” series again. This week our scripture is from Luke 14:7-14 and the sermon title is “Have You Ever Been Put In Your Place?”
Our 9:00am and 10:45am services will be inside in the Sanctuary.
Our online service will be available at 9:00 am and any time after that. Join us in person or online.

From Brenda: Your Giving Statements were mailed last week for the months of January-June. If you didn’t receive yours or there are any errors, please let Brenda know.
Attention Circle of Light Buckeye Makers … We will begin making buckeyes on September 7th. Please contact Brenda if you are interested in helping.
We will begin collecting Acme receipts in August. Please save all your receipts and turn them in to the church office. Last year we received over $600.00 for missions because of the receipts. Thank you for your help.

August 15th, from 1-3 our Girl Scout troop 90094 will sponsor the Back-to-School backpack give-a-way in the church parking lot.
