The Ministry Board consists of the Pastor(s), Chairperson of the Ministry Board, Vice-Chair of the Ministry Board, Secretary, Elders, Diaconate, Trustees, Treasurer, Contributions Secretary, and all heads of ministries. The Ministry Board’s duties shall be to plan and consider the general welfare, needs and good of the Church, and to plan and advise proper steps and proceedings in carrying forward the work of the church. It shall be the governing body of the church with the only appeal from its decisions and acts shall be by a vote from the entire congregation. Regularly scheduled Ministry Board Meetings are open to the entire congregation.
